Young Living was founded in 1993 when Gary Young developed his first organic herb farming and distillation operation. Gary has since passed, may he rest in peace and his wife Mary is now the CEO of Young Living.

One of our favorite parts about this company is their Seed to Seal, and that includes their open door policy! It is important for YL to be open and honest with all of it's members. This means that anyone is welcome to visit any one of the Young Living farms and see/partake in the entire process. In fact, YL will send you on FREE retreats to many of their farms when you earn their leadership retreats for hitting/maintaining various ranks.
My husband and I have been lucky enough to have experienced 2 of the YL farms: the Mona Farm in Utah and the St. Maries Farm in Idaho. We have our sights set on the Guayaquil Farm in Ecuador for 2019! 🤞😁 Above is actually a picture of Dan and I planting Lavender at the St. Maries Farm in Idaho, 2017.
